An Evening at Edgewater Beach

July 2026

I went to Edgewater Beach to spend the evening photographing Cleveland and whatever caught my attention along the lakefront.

Near the entrance, I photographed the “Best in the Land” sign overlooking the beach. While walking the grounds, I met another photographer and made a couple of portraits of him while he worked with his Nikon Z camera.

Later, I came across a group of boxers training and sparring in the sand. I was not there specifically to photograph them, but the session became another part of the evening’s documentation.
