Your shoot is confirmed after approval and verified payment. Listed prices apply to the included service scope. Larger or more complicated projects are reviewed before any payment is requested.

Standard projects are usually delivered within 72 hours after the shoot. More elaborate projects may take longer. Your delivery timeline is confirmed before you pay the booking deposit.

Standard availability: Monday–Friday, 9–5 Eastern. Allow a minimum two-hour block for travel and capture. Larger jobs may need longer; Gene checks the block before approval. For bars, events or other after-hours work, request a custom time.

The selected time is temporarily held for review. Approval and payment each have a limited hold period, shown on your booking status page. No card details are collected on this website.
